Leviathan Boat Works provides marine electrical, electronics, and fabrication services in the San Diego area. All work is performed by appointment and subject to technician availability.
Estimates provided prior to service are non-binding. Final pricing is based on actual labor hours and parts used. We will notify you of any significant deviation from an initial estimate before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a fee.
We stand behind our workmanship. Labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, or work performed by others after our service.
Leviathan Boat Works' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By scheduling service, you authorize Leviathan Boat Works technicians to board and work on your vessel as necessary to perform the requested service. You represent that you have authority to authorize such access.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
